Generally speaking, the more RAM available, server will be able to handle more workload or be able to process more simultaneous transactions and serve more users. The memory allocated to the hosted appliance virtual server is not shared. This memory space is dedicated and is completely separated from other virtual servers residing on the same physical host.

Although multiple websites and services can share same IP address. The dedicated IP addresses assigned to each hosted appliance server allow flexibility in your server configuration. In some cases unique IP addresses are necessary, for example when utilizing SSL encryption.

Customers have complete and unrestricted server administrator access using Microsoft Terminal Services. You can manage your server using same windows graphical user interface as if you were at the physical server console.

Complete offsite backup solution available at $19.95 per month. You can fully manage the backup agent, backup schedule, scope, and perform restorations of individual file revisions to a full server state. A $49.95 setup fee is required for the backup client licensing and configuration of backup processes.
